As art school grads, their creative background complements the business advice they offer as agents, guest lecturers, workshop leaders, and consultants. Many individual illustrators have credited these agents for helping them develop successful small businesses. Gail and Vicki are members of the illustration industry's organizations and write CareerTalk, a regular column for "3x3, The Magazine of Contemporary Illustration".
