Thomas is a call center professional with more than 25 years experience in customer service and technology management. Thomas graduated with a degree in Computer Information Systems and applies what he has learned within the industry to ensure that ADBASE subscribers receive the very best service available anywhere.

Thomas dabbles in photography and web site design and is passionate about health and fitness. When not at work, Thomas enjoys movies, theatre, comedy and spending time with his children and family. Thomas has strong trouble shooting skills, and balances his keen sense of logic with a warped sense of humor.
