Ross MacDonald

Ross MacDonald is an author, illustrator and designer. He has also worked as a prop designer and as a consultant on period printing, design, and documents for movies including Seabiscuit, The Alamo, Mr Brooks, Infamous and National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets. His Illustrations have appeared in the New Yorker, the New York Times, Rolling Stone, Harpers, the Atlantic Monthly and many other publications. He is a contributing editor of the Virginia Quarterly Review, and is on the masthead of Vanity Fair magazine as a contributing artist. He Lives in Connecticut with his wife, 2 kids, 2 dogs, 4 cats, and a barn full of 19th century type and printing equipment.
