Gail Mooney is co-partner of Kelly/Mooney Productions, a visual communications company based in the New York City metropolitan area. Gail has 30 years of experience in still photography, shooting for international magazines, major corporations, and institutions and advertising agencies. Her clients have included: National Geographic, Smithsonian, Islands, Travel & Leisure, Time/Life, Hong Kong Tourist Association, Mexico Tourism, I Love NY, AT&T, American Express, KPMG, Mass Mutual, Merck, Pfizer, Seagrams and US Trust.

In 1999, Gail began producing and shooting video projects. Since then, her company has become fully integrated with multimedia and video production. She has produced three short documentaries: Freedom's Ride, a story about two diverse groups of high school students retracing the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s; The Delta Blues Musicians, and Through the Hearts and Hands of Children, about the New Jersey Youth Symphony. Currently Gail has a multimedia exhibition, The Delta Blues Project, which opened March 2008 at the Fullerton Museum in Orange County, Calif., and is showing at various venues in the U.S.

She is a Director on the National Board of ASMP, and heads the Motion Study Group that will provide insight and information to members who seek to add the video medium to their craft and businesses. She is co-founder of the ASMP video listserv and chairs the Specialty Groups Committee.She is also active on the Board's Social Media group, taking part in social media conferences and integrating that knowledge within the ASMP organization. Gail utilizes social media in her own business by including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as part of her marketing strategy. She writes her own blog and is a regular contributor to the ASMP blog.
